One of the most special moments of your wedding day will be the moment that the person giving you away, sees you in your dress for the first time. It is full of emotion, and there is rarely a dry eye in the room!

A well known song suggests that love and marriage go together like a horse and carriage, but did you know that a celebrant and your photographer are also fabulous partners when it comes to your big day?

Following recent discussions with the Four Seasons in Hampshire, I was today invited along to chat about the options for us working together.

It goes without saying that I am a gay friendly celebrant, and part of the reason I love my job, is that I can welcome couples from any background, faith, or persuasion.

I am proud to include multi-cultural and interfaith weddings amongst those that I have conducted, and indeed amongst my bookings for next year also.

I recently conducted a beautifully bespoke ceremony for British/Chinese couple Andy and Luyuan, at the stunning Cain Manor in Surrey.

It was my privilege to work with Caeli and Helen Yeadon at their stunning art deco town hall venue in Stoke Newington recently. Their ceremony was so personal, and brought together family members from all over the UK and from the USA too.

I recently conducted the naming day ceremony for the Hampshire based family of two sets of twins. The youngest set (Georgie and Frankiee) were just adorable, and such good girls on their special day.

So, the wedding issue of the "Odiham Oracle" (a local Hampshire publication), has been printed and distributed, and featuring inside is an interview with Knight Ceremonies!

I absolutely love being able to help clients have their dream day, it's part of the reason I chose to do what I do, but when I say "dream" what do I really mean?
